- You will need ECF Version 4.0.7 or later installed and operational in order to install the CRM Web/Sync services.
- This release requires that you have Outlook 2003 Professional Edition for your Outlook client. (Future releases will support Office 2000 through Office 2007)
- If you have ECF 4.0.7 up and running, the CRM Web & Sync services will be installed and configured in less than a few minutes.

Note: This is a CTP Release and should be used for evaluation on non-production environments before connecting to a production ECF site. Since the CRM Outlook client synchronizes in a "pull" fashion from the ECF site, there is minimal risk.
